Seller Declaration
Version 2026-09-27. You accept this declaration twice: when you verify your mobile number on this site, and again in person when you hand the camera to our representative at pickup. It is the same declaration used across SYG.
By verifying my number and by handing over the device, I confirm that:
- I am the lawful owner of this device, or I am authorised by its lawful owner to sell it.
- This device is free from any loan, EMI, pledge, lien, insurance claim, or third-party ownership claim.
- This device is not stolen, lost, counterfeit, or unlawfully obtained, and is not currently subject to any police complaint, FIR, or insurance claim.
- I consent to SYG Sell Your Gadget LLP recording this device's serial number (where applicable) along with my name and contact details.
- I understand that if this declaration is found to be false, SYG Sell Your Gadget LLP may refuse or reverse this transaction, reclaim any amount paid, and report the matter to the police, and I will be liable for any resulting loss.
- I have read and accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of sellcameras.in by SYG.
Why we ask
We record who sold us each camera, and its serial number, so that stolen or encumbered equipment cannot pass through us. If a declaration turns out to be false the sale can be refused or reversed and the matter reported to the police (Terms, section 7).
