The EOS R8 (2023) is Canon's lightest full-frame body: the 24.2-megapixel sensor and DIGIC X processor of the R6 Mark II, oversampled 4K up to 60p, up to 40 frames per second with the electronic shutter, a fully articulating screen and a single SD slot, but no in-body stabilisation and the small LP-E17 battery.
