The X-T30 II (2021) is the refresh of the X-T30: the same 26.1-megapixel X-Trans CMOS 4 APS-C sensor and X-Processor 4 in the same compact body, with a higher-resolution tilting touch screen, newer autofocus and film simulations from the X-T4, 4K video, a single SD slot and the NP-W126S battery. There is no in-body stabilisation. It was sold body-only and in kits with the XC 15-45mm or the XF 18-55mm, so most bodies arrive with one of those.
