The Z 5 (2020) is Nikon's entry full-frame mirrorless body: a 24.3-megapixel sensor, EXPEED 6, five-axis in-body stabilisation, two UHS-II SD card slots, a 3.69-million-dot electronic viewfinder, a tilting touch screen and USB-C charging of the EN-EL15c battery. Its 4K video uses a 1.7x crop. In India it was sold with the Z 24-50mm kit lens and many bodies came with the FTZ adapter for F-mount lenses.
What moves the resale value of a Nikon Z 5 Mirrorless
Grade a Z 5 on the eyepiece rubber, the screen tilt hinge, both card slot springs and the Z mount ring, and check that the stabilisation switches on. Age is asked in five bands counted from the purchase date, and in this band the battery and charger keep the largest share of the original-item amounts. A body bought with the 24-50 kit and kept in the bag usually grades Good or better.
Lenses usually sold with the Nikon Z 5 Mirrorless
Ten Nikon Z lenses and the FTZ adapter are on this page: the Z 24-50mm kit lens, the 24-70mm f/4 S, the 24-200mm, the 40mm f/2, the 35mm, 50mm and 85mm f/1.8 S primes, and the DX 16-50mm, 50-250mm and 18-140mm zooms that some owners kept from a Z50. Tick every one you are selling; each is added to the quote from its own row at the grade you pick.
How the quote works for this model
Choose the grade, tick each lens and adapter, tick the original items, pick the age band and verify your mobile number. The quote lists the body, each lens and the total, and the representative pays that amount at pickup after checking the camera.
Bodies are priced on their own; every listed lens you tick is added from its own price row. Four grades (Flawless, Good, Average, Below Average), five original items (box, bill, charger, battery, bag) and five age bands, from under four months to more than two years, set the number. Read the guide before you answer.
