The original A7R from 2013 was the high-resolution half of the first full-frame E-mount pair: a 36.4-megapixel sensor with no optical low-pass filter, a tilting non-touch screen and an electronic viewfinder in a body far smaller than the DSLRs it replaced. It has no in-body stabilisation and records Full HD, not 4K. Photographers who bought it for landscapes and studio work now sell it when they move to an A7R III or IV.
What moves the resale value of a Sony Alpha A7r
On a first-generation A7R the number is set by the grade and the original items more than by the age band, because nearly every body is well past two years. Check the sensor for dust and marks (the shutter stays open when the camera is off, so the sensor is exposed every time you change a lens), the screen hinge, the rubber on the grip and the eyepiece. The NP-FW50 battery is small and wears out; a genuine Sony one that still holds charge counts as an original item.

Questions sellers ask about the Sony Alpha A7r
My A7R has no charger, only the USB cable. Is that a problem?
No. The charger is one of five original items in the quote; without it the number is slightly lower, nothing more.
Does the A7R get less because it has no 4K video?
No. The A7R has its own price row that already reflects what it is. Condition, age and original items decide where in the range your body lands.
